Sugar Buns is an early F1 Hybrid SE sugar-enhanced yellow corn maturing in about 72 days. Stalks reach 5-6 feet and carry 7-inch ears with 14 rows of luscious kernels.
Sow 1 inch deep in late spring after the last frost once soil is at least 60°F. Sprouts in 7-14 days. Plant in blocks of 4-5 rows 24-36 inches apart, sown 4-6 inches apart and thinned to 10-12 inches for wind pollination.
