Album is a white selection of Crinum x powellii with clusters of large, long-lasting flowers that rebloom mid through late summer.
Stems reach 2 to 3 feet above sword-shaped leaves from a huge bulb. Plant 1 per square foot in rich, moist soil, though it tolerates drier spots. Leave it in place after planting; it may take a season to settle before it blooms. In cold areas mulch heavily or grow in a container moved inside for winter.
