Description
Corno di Toro means “bull's horn”, describing the pepper's full, tapered shape. The fruits grow 8–10 inches long and 2½–3 inches wide at the top, ripening to bright red with a sweet, crisp, full-bodied flavour. They can be eaten raw, fried, stuffed or grilled, with harvest about 75 days after transplanting.
