Ultra Violet is a sweet corn variety that produces gorgeous ears in vivid mixed colors. Lighter kernels taste delicate and sweet against the bolder savory notes of the dark-violet kernels.
Pick the 8-inch ears young for barbecues, before the colors darken and turn overripe.
