Vegetable Spaghetti is a Burpee heirloom winter squash. It yields medium oblong fruits of 3-4 lb. with flesh that fluffs into spaghetti-like strands when cooked.
Sow outside after frost. Slice lengthwise, roast face-down, then lift the flesh with a fork and serve with marinara or seasoning.
