Clancy is a potato grown from true seed that produces small 3/4"-1 1/2" round and fingerling potatoes. Skin runs rose gold to red with a pale yellow to white interior that cooks creamy.
This creamer type won the 2019 All-America Selections award. Seeds come pelleted with an organic coating for easy handling. Hill soil around plants several times as they grow, and harvest any time after flowering and before hard freeze.
