Creole Red is a Creole-type hardneck garlic with bright pinkish-red wrappers and 8 to 12 cloves per bulb. It forms the largest bulbs in mild-winter areas and rarely makes a scape there, so bulbs braid well.
Harvested by hand on local farms. Fall planting. Cannot ship to ID, HI, and Adams, Benton, Franklin, Grant and Klickitat counties in WA.
