Gladstone is an intermediate-day onion that produces clean, crisp white bulbs with a delicate, sweet flavor. The onions work well raw in salads, salsas and sandwiches, while also holding up to cooking and pickling. An inert organic coating makes the seeds easier to see while sowing.
