Description
Music is a high-yielding hardneck garlic named for Canadian grower Al Music, who brought it from Italy in the 1980s. Robust plants form very large bulbs with white skins blushed pink and bronze to pink-striped wrappers.
Each bulb holds 4-6 big, easy-to-peel cloves. Raw flavor runs hot and floral, rich and sweet when baked. Stores about 9 months with exceptional cold tolerance.
Garlic preorders are sold out, with more coming in late September or October. Garlic cannot ship to Idaho, Hawaii, or Adams, Benton, Franklin, Grant and Klickitat counties in Washington.
