Round Zucchini Summer Squash produces tender, round squash that can be used wherever summer squash is used. Harvest the fruit at 3–4 inches wide for stuffing, roasting or serving as individual soup bowls.
The blossoms are also edible and can be fried. Plants prefer full sun and work well in containers.
