The Watchman is a tall heirloom hollyhock with dark purplish-burgundy flowers that read near-black from a distance. Towering stems make a strong backdrop for pink, red, yellow or white flowers.
Plants attract bees and butterflies and perform best with ample moisture in full sun. Petals can garnish salads or desserts.
