Amazing Cauliflower is a non-hybrid, all-purpose Dutch selection with large uniform plants and dense heads. Sow 1/4 inch deep at 65-85 degrees for sprouting in 4-10 days.
Start indoors 4-5 weeks before the last frost and set out a week or two before the last frost, 18-24 inches apart in rich, fertile soil. Tie wrapper leaves to blanch and cut before curds loosen; sow again in early to mid-summer for fall crops.
