Description
Atlas is an improved Parisian market type with rounded roots. It was selected from a 19th-century French heirloom for gourmet use, steamed or roasted whole and cut for garnishes.
Sow outdoors in spring rows and keep the bed evenly moist until sprouting. Pull finger-size for baby carrots or leave late roots to sweeten in cool weather.
