Chervil is an annual culinary herb, Anthriscus cerefolium, with parsley-like leaves and a hint of tarragon and anise.
Sow 1/4 inch deep, 1-2 inches apart, then thin to 4-6 inches. Plants sprout in 10-14 days at 60-65ºF and grow best in the cool weather of spring and fall.
