Description
Confetti Cilantro is an annual herb with feathery, finely divided leaves and a delicate texture. It can be harvested as microgreens, baby leaves or mature foliage for fresh, dried or frozen use, while the edible flowers attract bees and beneficial insects. Sow 1/2 inch deep in spring when soil reaches 60°F, spacing plants 1–4 inches apart in full sun and well-drained soil. Leaves begin in about 40–50 days, with flowers developing in 90–100 days.
