Spinacia oleracea Pinetree Spinach Mix combines most of the spinach varieties in one large packet. The 1/2 oz packet holds about 1200 seeds and works for baby greens at 3 inches or full-size plants.
Rows sown 1/2 inch deep sprout in 7-14 days at 50-70 degrees. Sow outside in early spring over 50 degrees or mid to late summer for fall, a few seeds every 1-3 inches thinned to 6-12 inches, and plant outside after frost.
