Description
Wild Nicotiana is Nicotiana rustica, the original ceremonial tobacco grown for its rounded leaves and small greenish-yellow flowers. Sow on the surface because seeds need light to germinate, then thin to 10-12 inches apart. Sprouts in 7-10 days at 70-75°F and blooms in about 75-90 days.
Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost and plant outside after frost. Water seedlings regularly until established.
