Description
Jambalaya is an F1 hybrid okra that produces dark green pods on compact plants, with maturity in about 55 days. The variety suits container gardens and is useful where the growing season is shorter.
Sow seeds ½ inch deep indoors 4–5 weeks before planting out, or direct sow after the last frost when soil is above 70°F. Transplant or thin to 12–18 inches apart. Clip pods at 2–4 inches to encourage continued flowering and production.
