Parsley Pea is a specialty pea grown first for edible tendrils, leaflets and flowers, then for snap peas as it matures. Plants can be cut at 6-8 inches tall or kept growing for repeat tip harvests.
Sow 1 inch deep outdoors in early spring in 50-75F soil, or start in flats by a window. Sprout comes in 7-14 days. Sow 1-2 inches apart for garden, containers or indoor growing.
