Description
German White Stiffneck, also called German Extra-Hardy, German White and Northern White, is a porcelain hardneck garlic originally from Germany. Bulbs reach 2" or larger with white skins and 4-7 fat cloves in red-striped wrappers that peel easily.
Flavor is strong and robust with staying power without heavy heat, and high sugar content suits roasting. Especially cold-tolerant for areas with cold winters and cool springs, with long roots that resist winter heaving. Sourced from local farms and hand-harvested. Due to state rules, garlic cannot ship to Idaho, Hawaii, or Adams, Benton, Franklin, Grant and Klickitat counties in Washington.
