Description
Honeynut winter squash was developed by crossing butternut with buttercup squash over six years. Its 4–5 inch fruits have thin skin that turns from green to terracotta when ripe, whether they finish on or off the plant. Compact vines can grow in containers or on trellises, and the squash stores for up to six months.
