Snowball Y cauliflower produces flavorful, 6-inch snow-white heads in 70 to 80 days, making it suited to short-season gardens. Its leaves curl around the head as it develops, helping it blanch naturally and protect against sun scald.
The mature heads hold well in the garden, so harvesting can be spread over time instead of taking the whole crop at once.
