Teddy Bear is Epic Gardening's dwarf sunflower with bright yellow double puffball blossoms. Multi-branching plants reach 24-36 inches and carry many 3-5 inch flowers for short hedges and cutting.
Petals add color to salads and desserts, and young buds cook like artichoke hearts grilled, marinated or sauteed. Large seed and fast growth suit kids, and established plants handle dry spells.
