Description
Aunt Molly's is an 1837 Polish heirloom ground cherry with marble-sized golden fruits in papery husks. Cover seed 1/4 inch deep, space seedlings 24-48 inches, and expect sprouts in 10-25 days.
Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost at warm soil temperatures, then plant outside after frost. Fruits drop when ripe and sweeten as they wait to be gathered.
