Baby Cauliflower is the F1 hybrid novelty bred for 3-4 inch baby heads where both curd and leaves cook tender. The packet holds 30 seeds and plants need under a square foot each.
Sow 1/4 inch deep indoors 4-5 weeks before last frost at 65-85ºF, then transplant 18-24 inches apart. Sprouts in 4-10 days. Sow again in early to midsummer for fall harvest in fertile, composted soil.
