Description
Chinese Pink Celery makes slender cotton candy pink stalks with crunch, herbal flavor and a hint of salt. Sow 1/8-1/4 inch deep indoors 10-12 weeks before last frost.
Seed sprouts in 14-21 days at 70-75°F; soaking overnight helps. Transplant 8-12 inches apart after frost and harvest stalks over 8-10 inches from the outside first.
