Description
Green Wave Mustard (Brassica juncea) forms dark green, frilly leaves and reaches about 2 feet tall. The leaves can be harvested at 3–6 inches for baby greens or at 12–18 inches for mature greens, and a light frost improves their flavor.
Sow in spring once the soil reaches at least 55–60°F, then continue sowing into late summer for fall harvests. Plant every three weeks for a steady supply, keeping the soil fertile and evenly moist.
