Description
Iceberg Statice (Limonium sinuatum) produces upright stems topped with pure white blooms. It is a traditional cut flower for beds and containers, and the flowers can be dried by hanging them upside down in a cool, dark place.
Sow on the surface and lightly cover, starting indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost. Transplant after frost, spacing plants 12–16 inches apart; harvest when the blossoms have fully opened.
