Description
Kingoma sesame is an open-pollinated annual that grows 3-4 feet with multi-stemmed plants. Tubular flowers form around the stem about 2 months from seeding, then set 1-2 inch pods. This packet holds 500 seeds.
Sow 1/4" deep outdoors after last frost when soil reaches 70ºF, thinning to 6-12" apart. Sprouts in 7-12 days. Let pods dry until they begin to split, ripening from the bottom up.
