Description
Lemon Savory is a perennial form of winter savory with lemon fragrance and flavour. Snip the leaves when plants reach 6 inches, before the pinkish-white flowers appear in mid to late summer; the cuttings can be used fresh or dried.
Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost, pressing them onto the soil surface. Transplant into full sun and dry, sandy, well-drained soil after frost.
