Description
Midnight Snack, Solanum lycopersicum, is an All-America Selections winner. Fruits ripen deep red with a glossy black-purple overlay in sun and grow in bunches on indeterminate vines.
Sow 1/4 inch deep indoors 6 weeks before the last frost at 75-80°F. Seedlings come up in 7-14 days. Transplant after frost into fertile soil with compost and mulch, setting stems deeper than they grew for stronger roots. Space generously and water evenly.
