Description
Spacemaster cucumber produces full-sized 7 1/2-inch slicing cucumbers on a short 3-foot vine. Its good flavor and appearance are supported by resistance to mosaic and scab, while trellising helps save space and improve air circulation.
Sow 1/2 to 1 inch deep after the last frost when soil is above 70°F, or start indoors 3–4 weeks before the last frost. Seeds germinate in 4–10 days at 70–85°F. Keep plants well watered and pick cucumbers frequently to maintain production.
