Description
Super Sugar Snap Pea (Pisum sativum) produces thick, plump pods with the sweet flavor expected from a sugar snap pea. It improves on the older Sugar Snap with better powdery mildew resistance, heavier production and maturity up to a week earlier.
Sow outdoors in early spring when the soil reaches 50–75°F, or plant again about two months before the last frost for a smaller fall harvest. Tall vines need support, and picking every day keeps the crop coming.
