Description
Montana Zemo is a vigorous porcelain hardneck garlic developed at the base of the Mission Mountains in Northwestern Montana. Bulbs are large, dense and white with 4—7 huge, pink-wrapped cloves.
Eaten raw it tastes robust and complex with little heat; cooked it turns buttery, nutty, rich and somewhat sweet. Bulbs store up to 6 months. Garlic cannot be shipped to Idaho, Hawaii, or Adams, Benton, Franklin, Grant and Klickitat counties in Washington.
