Rainbow Carrot is a hybrid that produces white, yellow, orange, and coral roots from the same variety. The uniform, conical carrots grow 7 to 9 inches long and have good flavour.
This early-season carrot combines Nantes and Imperator heritage, giving the harvest a colourful mix to discover when the roots come out of the soil.
