Smoothie Mix combines young greens with a mild flavour for smoothies and other fresh meals. It can be grown indoors at any time of year; move the containers as needed to provide suitable light and temperature.
Harvest when the leaves reach 2–4 inches tall. The blend contains 30% spinach, 25% Early Wonder beet, 25% Swiss chard, 15% lettuce and 5% Bull's Blood beet.
