Description
Bulls Blood Beet microgreens develop vivid red stems and red leaf veins that bring color to dishes. They grow in seed-starting trays, shallow flats or other low containers filled with potting mix or a soilless medium.
Sow closely, pressing the seeds into the growing medium and covering them lightly. Soaking the seed overnight can aid germination. Keep air moving and water lightly; begin cutting when the first true leaves appear or the shoots reach 1 1/2–2 inches. For a continuous supply, sow every 7–10 days.
