Description
Red Chard Microgreens produce bright red stems and tender leaves with a sweet beet-green flavour. Soaking the seeds for 24 hours can help speed germination.
Sow in soil kept at 70–75°F and harvest in 10–12 days, when the cotyledons appear or the first true leaves reach about 1½–2 inches. Sow lightly, provide good airflow, and water consistently without overwatering.
