Red Giant mustard grows as microgreens ready to cut in 7-10 days, at 1-1/2 to 2 inches or at first true leaves. Press seed into potting mix 1/8-1/4 inch apart and cover lightly.
Sow very close together in trays or a low flat container, water lightly, and keep good airflow. Sprout comes in 3-5 days at 70-75ºF, and repeat sowing every 7-10 days keeps harvest coming.
