Description
Red Russian is a kale grown for microgreens with light purple stems and small serrated gray-green leaves edged in purple. Sow very close together, 1/8-1/4 inch apart, press into potting mix and cover lightly.
We keep soil at 70-75ºF for sprouting in 3-5 days with good airflow and light watering. Cut at 1 1/2-2 inches when first true leaves show, about 10-15 days, and resow every 7-10 days.
