Description
Broccoli microgreens offer a milder flavor than mature broccoli and are ready to cut when the first true leaves appear or the plants reach 1½–2 inches. Sow the seeds densely in a seed-starting tray, low container, or 20-row seedling flat filled with potting mix or a soilless medium.
Seeds germinate in 2–4 days at 70–75°F and reach harvest in 10–15 days. Provide good airflow, water lightly, and add grow lights during winter for stronger growth. For a continuous supply, sow a new batch every 7–10 days.
