Description

Black Beauty is a 1902 heirloom eggplant. It makes broad, attractive fruits on sturdy, tall plants, with flavor as good as hybrids but later to ripen.

Sow 1/4" deep indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost at 75-90ºF. Sprouts in 5-14 days. Transplant outside after frost, 18-24" apart in fertile soil.
