Kale Mix is a blend of curled, flat, thick, light and dark green leaves from Pinetree Garden Seeds. Sow 1/2 inch deep, with 2-3 seeds every 12-18 inches. Sprout comes in 3-10 days at 70-85ºF soil, slower when cool.
Start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost, then move out a week or two before frost. For baby greens, sow thick rows every 10-14 days and pick young leaves at 8-10 inches. One packet holds 100 seeds.
