Description
Russian Banana is a late-season heirloom fingerling with slightly curved shape, tan skin and light yellow flesh. Ready in 100-125 days, it stays smooth and creamy boiled, roasted or sliced for home fries.
Live tubers ship mid-March through end of April 2026 for fall harvest planting. Plant outside after frost, whole or cut to pieces with 2-3 eyes each, air-dry cuts 24 hours, then set 6 inches apart in rows 3 feet apart and hill soil over the vines as they grow.
