Happy Trails Mix Portulaca grandiflora makes trailing 6-9 inch plants spreading 14-18 inches wide. Large 1.5-2.25 inch semi-double flowers in mixed colors open for beds, borders, ground cover and hanging baskets.
Sow on the surface, as seed needs light, to sprout in 7-10 days at 70-75ºF. Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost and plant outside after frost 12-16 inches apart in full sun in sandy to average well-drained soil.
